The Buena Vista Parent - Teacher Association (BV PTA) is a cooperation between parents and teachers to support the education and developmental needs of our children. Through dues, donations and fundraising, the BV PTA is able to contribute to the funding of assemblies, field trips and other school activities; enhance our BV environment; and help promote quality education.

Welcome Back!

Welcome Back Day Packet Pickup Drive-Thru is Tuesday, August 19th. Pickup times in the School Lane Circle are 7:00 am thru 10:00 am and again from 4:00 pm thru 7:00 pm.

Welcome Back Day is Monday, August 25th in the MUR from 10:00 am thru 1:00 pm and again from 5:00 pm thru 7:00 pm.

Kinder Back To School Night is Monday, August 25th in your child's classroom from 6:30 pm -- 8:00 pm.

1st Grade Back To School Night is Monday, August 25th in your child's classroom from 7:00 pm -- 8:30 pm.

First Day Of School is Wednesday, August 27th.

2nd -- 5th Back To School Night is Wednesday, September 3rd in your child's classroom.

Buena Vista Elementary School, located in Walnut Creek, California, is a public school educating children from kindergarten through the 5th grade. Our School is part of the Walnut Creek School District.

Education at Our School includes art, music and PE classes because of the fund raising efforts of the Walnut Creek Education Foundation. We also have a strong science and environmental education program because of the fund raising efforts of our PTA.
