The National PTA Reflections Program is an arts recognition and achievement program for students. The Reflections Program provides an opportunity for students to express themselves creatively and to receive positive recognition for original works of art inspired by pre-selected theme, while increasing community awareness on the importance of the arts in education.

Imagine your children having their drawing or photo framed and hung in a special art exhibit at school. Can you imagine what it would be like for them to have their story or poem published at school or in a PTA newspaper, or to play or sing a song they wrote in front of an audience?

We invite you to encourage your children to participate in the annual Reflections Program. Our special theme for this year's program is “I Can Make A Difference By . . ..”   Suggest that your child think about the theme and talk with your family and friends about what it means to them. Then, encourage them to create a piece of artwork, take a photo, write a song, or write a story about it. It'll be fun and rewarding!
