Register for eScrip?

This is the easiest way to support out school.  eScrip has created a program that rewards customer loyalty by contributing a     percentage of your purchases to school. Parents, teachers, friends and families are encouraged to register (or renew registration for 2010-11) their grocery club cards and existing credit/debit cards as supporters. For every dollar you spend eScrip donates a portion of that dollar to BV.

This is one BV PTA's main sources of income and it comes at no cost to you! Last year we received over $25,000 from this program; money that goes directly to support your children's education at BV.  Note that Safeway cards must be renewed each year!

How do I sign-up?

1.    Go to  www.escrip.com and click on “sign-up”.

2.   Designate our group to receive contributions. Our Group ID is # 137607333

3.   Follow the instructions to register your Safeway, Debit and/or other existing credit cards. (If you would like to register your cards manually, applications are available in the eScrip box in the school office. Simply fill it out and mail it in.)

Already registered?

To renew or add debit/credit cards, visit www.escrip.com and select “Yes! Click here to renew", the lower left corner, to login and make changes to your account. Safeway Club Cards must be renewed annually.  Check your account today to make every purchase count!

Where can I shop?

Shop in stores and through the eScrip Online Mall.  For a complete list of participating merchants go to www.escrip.com , and select “Family of Merchants”, or contact me for a printed flyer.

eScrip 10% Back to Schools Program runs from August 11^h - September 14^th.  Be sure to register your Safeway Club Card so these additional funds can be contributed to BV.  Click here to view the program information.

1.  Beginning August 11^th your eligible purchases will be stored on your card and your school can claim the 10% rebate

2.  September 18^th register receipt tapes with redemption codes will start to print and continue through October 9^th. Turn in any one of the receipts and your school can claim the rebate.

3.  Be sure your school fundraising coordinator receives your Club Card number or Receipt Tapes before October 13^th - and your school earns!

Thanks to our families and volunteer participation last year, Buena Vista PTA collected over $2,000 from receipts, plus an extra $1,000 for being among the Top 100 in the Safeway 10% Back to Schools program. Help us continue to be a top school!
