14th Annual Buena Vista Family Science Fair Wednesday, April 18, 2012 in the Multi-Use Room 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Deadline for entry is Friday, March 30th The purpose of the Science Fair is to encourage students to develop a greater interest in science and technology and to develop skills in critical thinking, research, problem solving and the use of the Scientific Method. Spell-a-thon dates January 27st: Test date January 30th: Pledge Sheets returned home to collect donations February 10th: Donations dueIn cooperation with the Buena Vista teachers, the PTA is sponsoring its annual SPELL-A-THON! This is our unique way of raising funds for our school as well as providing incentive for academic achievement.
This year the funds that are raised will be used to support the wonderful science program at Buena Vista. We need everyone's support as we work on "FORMULATING FUNDS FOR B.V. SCIENCE". The "formula" we need to create will be easy to accomplish if we all participate and work together.

The Buena Vista Elementary PTA meets regularly on the second Tuesday of every month to discuss matters important to parents and the school. We invite all parents to attend and have a voice in the decisions being made at our school.
